At Amicis Hospitality Services, we are pleased to offer delivery of fresh flowers and curated gifts with complimentary same-day delivery across the UAE—including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain.

We operate three daily delivery slots:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Please note, cut-off time for each slot is 2 hours prior to its start. Due to high demand, certain time slots may occasionally become unavailable.

For orders below AED 300, a delivery surcharge of AED 50 will be added at checkout.

Minimum Order Value

  • Inside Dubai: AED 350
  • Outside Dubai: AED 500
  • Guaranteed on-time delivery: Additional AED 100 fee
  • Outside Dubai delivery: will have additional charge AED 100

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind? We're here to help.
If your order hasn't yet gone into production, we’re happy to accommodate changes or provide a full cancellation and refund. Just contact us promptly at info@amicis.ae.

If the order is already out for delivery but has not yet been delivered, we will make every effort to intercept the delivery. However, refunds will not be possible in such cases due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event you're not completely happy with your order, we may—depending on the situation—offer a refund, a replacement, or a substitute gift of equal value.

Because we work with fresh, delicate products, any compensation will be at the full discretion of our team.

  • Replacements or alternative solutions are typically processed within 1 working day.
  • If a refund is granted, please allow 7–10 business days for it to reflect in your account (timing may vary depending on your bank).
