Artemis draws together white hydrangeas, pale ranunculus, cream garden roses and silver-grey foliage into a single, composed gesture - cool, modern and quietly assured. Each bloom is chosen for the way it holds light rather than for show, giving the arrangement a stillness that feels closer to sculpture than to a traditional bouquet.
The garden roses sit at the heart of the design. Cultivated and adored for centuries across Persia, the Mediterranean and later the great rose gardens of France, the rose remains the most enduring symbol of love and devotion, its many tightly furled petals opening slowly into a soft, layered cup. In cream they read as tender rather than declarative, carrying that familiar warm, honeyed fragrance that lingers without ever overwhelming a room. Our garden and classic roses are selected for fullness and a clean, even colour.
The hydrangeas bring volume and architecture. Native to East Asia and the Americas and named for their thirst - hydor, the Greek for water - these generous mophead clusters are built from dozens of tiny florets, lending the piece its cloud-like fullness. Long associated with gratitude, grace and heartfelt emotion, white hydrangeas carry almost no scent, which keeps the overall fragrance gentle and uncrowded. You will find more of them in our hydrangea arrangements.
Ranunculus add the finer detail: paper-thin, concentric petals wound into neat rosettes, native to Asia Minor and long prized for their delicate, almost translucent texture. Traditionally they speak of charm and quiet attraction. Threaded through with silver-grey foliage, the whole composition settles into a palette of cool whites, soft blush and muted green - serene, contemporary and easy to live with.
Artemis suits those who favour restraint over drama: a modern interior, a calm bedside, a considered gift for someone with a refined eye. It feels equally at home as a wedding-day piece or a thoughtful gesture between people who appreciate understated beauty. Browse more in our edit of white floral designs.
Every Artemis is hand-finished by our florists in the Amicis Dubai atelier, then wrapped for delivery. To keep it at its best, trim the stems on arrival, refresh the water every couple of days, and keep the arrangement out of direct sun.
