Congratulations! is loud on purpose. The front is an orange and cream checkerboard grid, hand-drawn rather than mechanical, and across it sits MASSIVE CONGRATS in swollen green bubble lettering with a heavy outline. The typography is doing the celebrating.
Layered over the grid are four graphics designed to look like stickers applied by hand. A yellow starburst reads you did it. A red scalloped badge says YAY!.
