Wedding Card is built around a single image: two white swans facing one another, necks curved so the space between them forms a heart, beaks almost touching. It is drawn cleanly and symmetrically, and the whole card is composed around that mirror line.
Everything else frames it. Small illustrated bouquets sit at each of the four corners in dusty blue, coral and gold. Two gold wedding bands appear above and below the swans, drawn interlocking. Pink ribbons tie into bows at the top and bottom centre, and a border of small coral hearts runs along the upper and lower edges.
The lettering is hand-drawn in navy script: congrats sits directly above the swans, love birds directly below. The navy is the only dark colour on the card and it does the work of grounding a palette that is otherwise entirely pale.
Printed on a pale pink stock with an envelope supplied, and blank inside. It is the most traditional card in the range and the right one for a wedding proper, where a joke card would sit badly. Send it with something formal: roses, a white arrangement, or see the full bridal range. Browse all notecards.
The card is A6 folded with a full blank inside page, which matters more here than on most cards: wedding messages tend to run long, and there is room for both partners to be written to properly. It is sent flat in a protective sleeve so the pale pink stock arrives unmarked, and when ordered with an arrangement it travels alongside rather than inside it.
Wedding Card is written for the day and the days around it:
- Weddings, nikah and civil ceremonies
- Engagement parties and pre-wedding celebrations
- Wedding anniversaries, particularly the first
- Sent with roses or a formal white arrangement
- Blank inside, for a written message to the couple
