How much does a flower vase cost at Amicis?

Vases start at AED 80 for a bud vase and reach AED 1,000 for large sculptural pieces, with most around AED 150. Prices are final and delivery inside Dubai is free, Sharjah is AED 50 and the other Emirates are AED 100.

Can I buy the vase with flowers already arranged in it?

Yes. Order from the vase arrangements collection and the flowers arrive arranged, conditioned and in water, ready to place. Buying the vase on its own from this collection makes sense when you already have a bouquet coming or want a spare for the house.

Which vase suits a hand-tied bouquet?

A bowl or fishbowl shape. It supports the dome of a hand-tied bouquet and keeps the stems together instead of letting them splay. A tall cylinder is better for long straight stems such as lilies, and a narrow bud vase is for a few stems only.

Do you deliver vases across the UAE?

Yes. Vases are packed to travel and delivered anywhere in the UAE: free in Dubai, AED 50 to Sharjah and AED 100 to the other Emirates. Larger glass pieces are boxed and hand-carried by our own drivers rather than sent by courier.

How do I keep a glass vase clear?

Change the water every two days, recut the stems diagonally and wash the vase with warm water and a little white vinegar between arrangements. Cloudy glass is bacteria, not staining, and it is what shortens the life of the flowers.

Can you recommend a vase for a specific space?

Send a photograph of the room or the table on WhatsApp and our florists will tell you which shape and height work, and roughly how many stems it takes to fill. It is a two-minute answer and it saves buying the wrong size.
