Every arrangement is checked against its photograph, finished with a water source and carried upright in cooled transport by our own drivers. They call the recipient before arriving, and if nobody answers they call you rather than leaving the flowers in the heat.

What are your flower delivery times in Dubai?
Dubai has two slots: 10 AM to 6 PM with a 4:30 PM cut-off, and 4 PM to 11 PM with a 9 PM cut-off. Order inside the cut-off and the flowers go out the same day, seven days a week. Delivery anywhere in Dubai is free with no minimum order.
What are the delivery times and fees for the other Emirates?
Sharjah and Ajman: 11 AM to 4 PM with a 2:30 PM cut-off, or 5 PM to 10 PM with an 8:30 PM cut-off. Abu Dhabi: 11 AM to 5 PM with a 4 PM cut-off, or 6 PM to 11 PM with a 7:30 PM cut-off. Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah and flower delivery Umm al-Quwain share one slot, 11 AM to 6 PM with a 4 PM cut-off. Delivery is free in Dubai, AED 50 to Sharjah and AED 100 to every other Emirate.
How do I schedule a flower delivery in Dubai for a specific date?
Choose the emirate, the date and the time slot on the product page before you add the arrangement to your cart. You can schedule flower delivery Dubai wide weeks in advance for a birthday or anniversary and we hold the order until that morning, when the flowers are arranged fresh.
How much does flower delivery cost?
Dubai is free. Sharjah is AED 50. Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah and Umm al-Quwain are AED 100. The fee is added on the product page when you pick the emirate, so the total shown before checkout is the total you pay, with nothing added afterwards.
What details do you need to deliver a gift?
The recipient name, full address with building or villa number, and a mobile number that will be answered. Add your gift message and our florist writes it on an Amicis card by hand. If the delivery is a surprise, leave a note and we will avoid telling the recipient what is coming.
What happens if nobody is home?
Our driver calls the recipient before arriving. If there is no answer we call you, and the flowers can be left with a concierge, security or building reception, or held for a second attempt on an agreed slot. We do not leave arrangements outside a door in the heat.
Do you deliver on Fridays, weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we deliver seven days a week including Fridays and weekends. During Eid, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day slots fill early and cut-offs move forward, so order a day or two ahead for those dates.
How are the flowers packaged for delivery?
Every arrangement is finished in the Amicis wrap or box with a water source at the stems, then carried upright in cooled transport. Vase arrangements travel in water. The florist checks each piece against the photograph on the product page before it leaves the studio.
